Spyware Investments for MS?
Of course, the $64 billion dollar technology question is who created those holes. Sadly, my old employer, your friend and mine -- Microsoft!
I guess that the company's acquisition of Giant doesn't look so dumb, after all. Now they have a strategy, and my previous idea that it was dumb to acquire without a plan is probably off the mark. After all, MS has folks who are paid simply to forecast the future.

The problem really is that MS doesn't fix the holes that cause spyware in the first place. How many Linux spyware pieces are there?
Not very many, because holes in the system get plugged very quickly, almost overnight.
There wouldn't be a need for spyware "solutions" if there wasn't a problem with MS software, at the root.
